Questions
Yes. The clock starts on Day 1 and ends on Day 100. After that you can restart, or carry on with what stuck. The shape of the program is the deadline.
No. It's a daily companion — patient, consistent, present at 11pm when nobody else is. If you're in crisis or in therapy, keep doing that. This sits alongside.
Whatever you tell it, plus the metrics you turn on (mood, sleep, stress, gym, cigarettes, etc). You choose. You can turn things off in Settings any time.
You shouldn't, on Day 1. Try a week. See if the patterns it surfaces are honest about you. That's the test.
You can decide later that this isn't for you. You can't decide if you never start.
